When using File Transfer Protocol [FTP] it is good practice to properly compress your files using the latest compression utility for your operating system platform prior to upload. During transfer via FTP, it is always possible for digital files to arrive to the recipient "corrupt" after being stripped of the vital information necessary for recognition by its native application. We recommend Stuff It for MAC users and WinZIP for PC users.

In addition, we recommend using an FTP client such as Fetch or Cyberduck for MAC users and FlashFXP for PC users when making an FTP connection. This will dramatically reduce the chance of access errors and will promote a safe and timely upload.
